  29. In order to run InfoSnatch, you must have the file VBRUN300.DLL installed on your system.  Most computer users already have this file in their "C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM\" directory, and it is a common practice not to include this (rather large) file in shareware distribution packages.

  31. If you do not already have this file, it is available (for free) on CompuServe, America Online, Prodigy, MSN, and probably on any other online service or Bulletin Board system.

  37. How To Install InfoSnatch

  40. 1. Create a temporary directory (for example "C:\ISTEMP"), then copy or move the zip file ISNATCH.ZIP to this temporary directory.

  42. 2. Unzip the contents of ISNATCH.ZIP into the temporary directory.
  43.  
  44. 3. Close any running applications (you do not have to close File Manager), then run InfoSnatch's Installation Program "SETUP.EXE" and follow the instructions on your screen.

  51. If you have any problems running InfoSnatch after successfully installing the program, open InfoSnatch's Help File and read the topic "Technical Support".  This topic includes a number of solutions to common problems.
